Se Rockweel terrà fede a quanto indicato nella mail le novità saranno ottime!!!

Si la novita è che a tutti i backer originali, vista la riuscita di quello v1, spediranno il v2.
Ora il primo era lavorato dal pieno, il secondo è fatto in metallo casting, ossia colato.
Vedremo... Se riusciranno a mantenere promessa di dare un prodotto finalmente di qualità.

Quasi quasi potrei preferire il primo...

Sicuramente questa metodo di produzione che Rockwell intende utilizzare (MIM) permette un
grado di precisione sulle finitura dei pezzi ottenuti quasi impossibile da ottenere con le macchine tradizionali a CNC.
Dovremmo perciò aspettarci un rasoio con un'elevatissimo standard qualitativo a livello "materiale".
Non ci resta che aspettare........ io intanto continuo a utilizzare lo "starter"

Non ho capito quando sarà pronto, ma da oggi è possibile prenotare la seconda versione del rasoio, che effettivamente sembra realizzata con finiture adeguate.
A chi aveva ricevuto la prima versione verrà inviato senza alcun costo aggiuntivo.

Allora,
in realta attualmente e' solo un pre-ordine.
Ragion per cui... appena ordinato!
Mi verra spedito un altro senza costi aggiuntivi. E' riservato un codice personale a tutti i Kickstarter backers della prima ora.
Quindi,

La data stimata di spedizione e' di Meta' DIcembre 2015.

Ora si che non vedo l'ora che arrivi.

Lo avevo letto già sul loro sito e la cosa mi ha un po lasciato perplesso... preferivo le caratteristiche (aggressività maggiore) del vecchio, vediamo poi sul campo...

ordinato il18/11 non appena ricevuta la e-mail riservata ai Kickstarter ,cominciano a spedire oggi 18/12, arriverà spero per la Befana!!!

We received the first production run of the new Rockwell 6S this week. The great news is that we employed our new rigorous quality control process and it only identified some extremely minor cosmetic variances from our approved first article. The production razor gives an amazing shave and the critical dimensions are all within specifications. Also, the manufacturing partner has been excellent to work with and is addressing these cosmetic variances in an additional production run.


We had initially hoped to fill all pre-orders this month from this first production, but are holding firm on our dedication to providing our customers with only the best-quality razor possible. This means the pre-orders will be filled after the upcoming holidays. We’ll be updating you on a ship date as soon as possible but hope you understand that our commitment to quality means the razors will ship when they are the best they can be and not a moment before. You may have also recently seen early reviews of the first article razor. The feedback has been extremely positive both in terms of the shave and finish of the razor. We have taken this opportunity to expand the pool of reviewers by shipping several first production razors and accessories to more Rockwell 6S beta-testers. So you may see further reviews or photos of the new razor and accessories online. We’re looking forward to testing our new shipping process and to receiving additional feedback on the razor and accessories before sending out our mass shipment of several thousand razors.
